We use Priority mail flat rate in every package start @ $6.80 depending of the order. Because I sewing with the measurements that you give me it's not devolution or refund and it's just money order, not personal checks or cash. When I received the payment I start the order, allow two weeks to receive it, if something with the fabric happen I contact you personally and I do my very BEST to pleased your order.
